This project is listed in the 2008-2009 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held Thursday, March 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had five (5) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to Bill Williams Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $158,550.00.

The low bidder meeting specifications, Bill Williams Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. has a total bid award of $158,550.00.  The funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
